Cook rice.
Mix the Chinese 5 spice with cornflour
Score the steaks in a criss-cross pattern (both sides if time permits) season with salt and pepper.
Dredge in the cornflour. Fry in hot oil until cooked - should be quick but will need validating
Meanwhile, prep veg. Stir fry, Finish with sauce - oyster, sour cherry and honey - no seasoning required
Serve rice in middle of plate (use bowl to shape). Slice pork into 3 and stack on top. Sauce around.
