After blending your ingredients according to the steps, you can follow the tips below to adjust your smoothies to your taste!
a) If you would like your smoothies thinner, add 100ml water and blend again. TIP: Add a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
b) If you like your smoothies a little sweeter, add honey to taste.
c) To make your smoothies colder, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth. We recommend about 4 ice cubes.
d) Your smoothies are best enjoyed freshly made!

a) Peel the mangoes. Slice down either side of the stone to make 2 'cheeks'. Cut any remaining flesh from the stone, then cut the mango into large pieces (discard the stone). Pop into your blender.
b) Halve 1 avocado and remove the stone. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender.
c) Remove the pineapple rings from 2 tins. Add all the pineapple rings and the pineapple juice from 1 of the tins to the blender. Discard the remaining pineapple juice or keep for another recipe.
d) Halve the orange, then juice it into the blender. Add the coconut yoghurt to the blender. Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins.
e) Divide your smoothie between the 2 glasses to finish.

a) Zest and quarter 1 lime. Add the coconut milk, honey, a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of lime zest. TIP: Add more lime juice and zest to taste. If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.
b) Add all the pineapple rings and the pineapple juice from 1 tin to the blender.
c) Blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.
d) Divide your smoothie between the 2 glasses to finish.

a) Halve 1 avocado and remove the stone. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender.
b) Trim the cucumber, chop into 5cm long pieces and pop into the blender.
c) Peel the kiwis and cut into large chunks, then add to the blender. Juice 1 lime into the blender. Add the apple juice and 200ml water to the blender and blend until smooth, 1-2 mins.
d) Divide your smoothie between 2 glasses to finish.
Enjoy!
