Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli | 250g Ingredients: Filling (60 %) : marinated spinach 37% (spinach 64,6% , partially skimmed MILK, sunflower oil, cream (MILK), corn starch, salt), ricotta cheese 29% (MILK whey, cream (MILK), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), cream (MILK), LACTOSE, partially skimmed MILK, water, salt, sugar, corn starch. Pasta (40%): WHEAT flour, pasteurized EGG 21 % , durum WHEAT semolina, water.

Instructions

a) Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil with 0.5 tsp salt for the ravioli.

b) When boiling, add the pasta to the water and bring back to the boil. Cook until tender, 3 mins. 

c) Once cooked, drain in a colander and pop back in the pan. Drizzle with oil and stir through to stop it sticking together.
