Instructions

Boil the Pasta
1

a) Boil a full kettle. Pour the boiled water into a large saucepan with 0.5 tsp salt on high heat.

b) Add the pasta and bring back to the boil. Cook until tender, 12 mins.

c) Once cooked, drain in a sieve and run under cold water to stop them sticking together.

Prep the Fruit and Veg

a) While the pasta cooks, peel and trim the carrot, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

b) Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.

c) Trim and peel the kiwi, then cut into 1cm wide slices.

d) Peel the orange and separate the segments.

Box It Up!

a) Drain the sweetcorn in a sieve.

b) In a medium bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sweetcorn, tuna and mayo. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

c) Divide your houmous and crudités, salted peanuts, orange segments, kiwi slices and tuna sweetcorn mayo pasta salad between your lunchbox compartments to finish.
