How to prepare haddock
Haddock is a popular, mild-flavoured fish that’s perfect for quick recipes and low carb recipes. Whether you’re baking, frying, or poaching, preparing haddock properly ensures the best results.

Cleaning and Skinning:
Rinse the fillets under cold water and pat them dry with kitchen paper. If your recipe calls for skinless fillets, place the fillet skin-side down and carefully slide a sharp knife between the skin and flesh while holding the skin taut. -
Removing Bones:
Run your fingers along the fillet to check for any small pin bones. Use tweezers to gently pull them out. -
Portioning and Seasoning:
