Super speedy, this Super Quick Tomato and Chorizo Spaghetti takes only 15 minutes to make. We've added sun-dried tomato paste to the tomato sauce for sun-soaked richness that perfectly complements the smoky chorizo.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Customer reviews

Review summary

Updated on Sept 2026
  • Flavour: The chorizo and sun-dried tomato sauce is full of flavour with a pleasant kick; some found the creme fraiche made the sauce quite rich, and a few felt the chorizo flavour could come through more strongly.
  • Ease of prep: It lives up to its super-quick billing — most found it ready in around 15 minutes and easy to follow, making it a great midweek option.
  • Suggestions: Add the baby spinach to the sauce in the final 1–2 minutes of simmering, as the printed recipe card omits this step. Use only half the chilli flakes if cooking for children or those sensitive to heat, and stir the creme fraiche in off the heat or over a low temperature to help prevent it splitting.
  • Next-day meals: One reviewer noted the dish tasted even better the following day when reheated gently; avoid high heat when rewarming to keep the sauce smooth.
