a) Quarter, core and grate the apples (no need to peel).
b) Share the yoghurt, oats and two thirds of the honey between 2 serving bowls and stir to combine. TIP: If your honey has hardened, put the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min to loosen.

a) Divide the grated apple between your bowls.
b) Mix again until combined. TIP: If you like your oats a little runnier, stir in an extra 50ml of water or milk.

a) Scatter over the blueberries.
b) Drizzle over the remaining honey to finish.
