We’re all familiar with the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Well we’ve got a new one: “Don’t judge a recipe by its breadcrumbs” (we’re not sure whether it’ll stick). Though the usual southern style high street offerings deserve their notoriety, we’ve been hard at work perfecting this healthy alternative. Smoked paprika combined with vibrant turmeric and panko breadcrumbs to give a smokey crunch whilst your fresh homemade slaw will knock your summertime socks off! Preliminary testing at the Fresh Farm reveals a blob of ketchup doesn’t go amiss either!

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
