Super speedy, this Super Quick Moroccan Inspired Chicken Orzo Salad takes only 15 minutes to make. Inspired by the salads popular in the cuisine, this orzo salad combines harissa and cumin for evoking the flavours of Morocco.

- Boil a full kettle. Trim the green beans, then cut into thirds.
- Pour the boiled water into a saucepan with 1/2 tsp salt on high heat. Boil the orzo, 10 mins. Halfway through cooking, add the green beans.
- Once cooked, drain and run under cold water.
- Meanwhile, drain the sweetcorn. Halve the lemon (see ingredients).
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Once hot, fry the chicken and sweetcorn, 8-10 mins. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
- Combine the harissa, lemon juice, honey and olive oil (see pantry for both) in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Next, add the cumin to the chicken. Cook, 1 min more.
- Remove from the heat.
- Add the cooked orzo, green beans, chicken, sweetcorn and rocket to the bowl of dressing. Toss to combine.
- Share the orzo salad between your bowls.
- Crumble over the Greek style salad cheese.
- Enjoy!
