Instructions

a) Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil with 0.5 tsp salt for the pasta. 

b) When boiling, add the ditali to the water and bring back to the boil. Cook until tender, 10 mins. 

c) Meanwhile, grate the cheese.

d) Drain the sweetcorn in a sieve.

a) Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and pop it back into the saucepan.

b) Add the creme fraiche, chicken stock paste, peas, sweetcorn and three quarters of the cheese.

c) Return the saucepan to medium-high heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and the sauce is hot, 2-3 mins. TIP: Add a splash of water if it's a little too thick.

a) Divide your easy cheesy pasta between 2 serving bowls.

b) Sprinkle over the remaining cheese to finish.
