Egg noodles are typically made from four ingredients:

In a bowl, mix your eggs, milk and salt until they make a smooth paste. Then, stir in the flour until it has a dough-like, lump-free consistency that’s slightly sticky to the touch.
Flour your hands and the surface and knead the dough for three to five minutes. It will lose the sticky feeling. Once kneaded, rest for ten minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured counter. You are aiming for the thickness of a piece of paper. Cut the dough into thin strips - it’s best to use a sharp knife or even a pizza cutter. Cut them to your desired width and length.
Finally, add them to a pot of boiling water for around three minutes. Once cooked, serve and enjoy.
