Baked Aubergine

  • Prep and Season: Slice the aubergine, brush with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and desired herbs to personal taste.
  • Bake: Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender, remembering to flip halfway to achieve best results.

Fried Aubergine
